The insole is made of smooth EVA and the insole is made of 2 mm natural EVA sewn to the upper.
The midsole is made of phylon with medium hardness to resist tearing from external elements.
The sole is made of DIN-70 abrasion rubber with a pattern of front studs for grip uphill and a rear pattern for grip downhill.
